Here's How it All Works

In short, you convert water to HHO gas with the help of electricity from your battery.

You place a small water container (quart size) under the hood. You fill it with water (tap is fine, distilled has less impurities) and a little bit of baking soda. The device gets vacuum and electricity (12V) from the engine and produces the HHO gas. See the video below for a quick demo:
